How to Place Your Order

Catalogue Orders

If you have already purchased one of our catalogues and wish to place an order, use the 'Search' facility, located in the upper left of every page, to enter either the product code or a keyword for the title/description of the product.

On-Line Shopping Basket

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the search function, until you find what you want then click on "Add to Basket". A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in the top right of the screen whilst you browse our website. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as it is not confirmed until you are transferred to a secure page to enter payment details.

UK Delivery Details

We provide a fast mail order service throughout the UK with competitive postage rates.

  • £2.79 for orders under £30.00
  • Free UK postage and packing for all orders of £30.00 or more

International Shipping

All destinations without a valid UK postcode are classified as international. International postage is charged at cost. This total is calculated by the courier based on weight.

Place an international order as follows:

  • Browse our website and add your selections to your basket using the buy now button
  • DO be sure to convert our prices (in GBP) to your own local currency using a service such as
  • Go through the checkout process and ensure that your address and email contact details are correct.
  • On receipt of payment we will pick and weigh your order so that the postage can be calculated.
  • We will send a paypal invoice to your email address for any additional postage costs. If you have already been automatically charged postage by the website then this will be taken into consideration when calculating the extra postage.

Lost or Late Packages

Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us by email or on the number above.

For UK orders please allow 2 days. For international orders please allow 10 days.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
