Used to create sparkling effects. Non-Toxic. It can be applied with a brush or sponge applicator tool. To eliminate tackiness, apply Clear Acrylic Sealer over cured Mod Podge. Glue; Apply to base surface then position paper, fabric, embellishments. Let dry. vIf you happen to spill any of it during use clean it whilst wet using soap and water. Sealer; Apply thin coat. Dry 15-20 minutes between coats.
