Apply 3D Crystal Lacquers to areas of your project to colour and raise giving a glass like finish. Allow 30 - 60 minutes for drying before applying additional layers or colour to adjacent areas. Drying time depends on the thickness of the application. (Adult supervision of children is strongly recommended)
