Use acid-free, non-toxic, Liquid Pearls to dot, draw, outline, color-in, write, glue, border and paint. It's a 3D, opalescent, water-proof glue paint that can be used directly or diluted. It dries to a raised, dimensional, shimmery sheen. Liquid Pearls are blendable to make more colors. Use these shimmery glues to embellish, paint or glue. Liquid Pearls come in 1/2 oz. bottles.
