Layered Puffy Hearts Stencil is part of the Sending Hugs Collection by Simon Hurley and made of durable mylar stencil material. The three stencil sheets give detailed heart designs for a one-layer dimensional look or use medium like paste for texture. Use separately or work with E3D-163 Puffy Hearts 3D Embossing Folder to highlight its embossed areas (sold separately).
