Use for fabric-on-fabric projects. Non-Toxic, Permanent, Washable. It can be applied with a brush or sponge applicator tool. If you happen to spill any of it during use clean it whilst wet using soap and water. Glue; Apply thin coat to back of fabric cut-out and smooth in place with fingers. Let dry 2 hours before sealing. Sealer; Apply thin coat of Mod Podge and gently work into applique with fabric brush. Machine washable in cold water.
