Claudine Hellmuth Studio Gesso is ideal for priming a wide variety of craft surfaces including canvas, wood, metal, plastic, chipboard, paper and fabric. Gesso adds a subtle texture (called tooth) to the surface of your project, allowing it to accept paint and other mediums more easily. This artist quality Gesso is acid free, non-toxic and archival. It will not yellow or crack over time, and remains flexible - even on fabric. Quick drying.
